This should be heavy, so we are more concerned with control and technique over rounds completed. Instead of going lighter and faster, Look at this 15 minutes as a chance to practice and get more proficient with/ the bar. and even though the clock is ticking, don’t be afraid to ask for more coaching in your lifts! Learn better how the shrug and drop feels, how to find weightlessness in each rep, and work on little tweaks that will make you a better lifter. The clock is there to keep us in task and assure we stay focused on our bar for this one.
