Our programs are ideal for beginners, elite, athletes, and everyone in between. Our Level 1 trainers will help you improve physical strength, endurance, and conditioning while giving you the confidence you need to achieve your goals. Our varied workouts have been proven to improve muscle and physical fitness by muscle confusion. Every workout is scalable allowing people of all fitness levels to join and participate in our amazing programming.

Individually Scalable

Everyone does the same workout-of-the-day (WOD), but everyone is at different levels of technical ability as well as strength. Regardless of where you’re at, each activity can be modified and scaled to meet your needs.

Skill Development

Every class dedicates time to focus on the development of skills, where the coach breaks down the movements and explain technique. CrossFit teaches individuals real life skills that can be implemented day-to-day to prevent injuries.

Improve Your Fitness

CrossFit provides a challenge both mentally and physically. It can be said that if you’re not progressing, you’re regressing (in many capacities), and embracing a challenge leads to progress.

Crossfit: What we do

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to help people gain a broad level of general fitness.

CrossFit advocates a mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting. CrossFit describes its strength and conditioning program as “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement,” with the stated goal of improving fitness. Workouts are typically short-30 minutes or less-and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion.

Our Facility

CrossFit CalCourts offers a 800 square foot state of the art indoor/outdoor workout facilty. The facility is designed to cater to all fitness levels from beginner to expert.

We offer basic to advanced classes in CrossFit style exercises including:

Jim found CrossFit in 2011 and hasn’t looked back, he loves Crossfit and teaches classes on a regular basis. When jim isn’t in the box, he is usually playing racquetball, or riding his motorcycle. members love jim for his unrivaled dedication to the CrossFit and the box.

Bree Spencer Cox

Bree began her fitness journey in 2011, and has lost over 100 lbs currently today today. Bree Teaches a variety of classes at cal courts that include CrossFit, cycling, and pilates.

Our CrossFit gym is based within the confines of Calcourts Health Club; a two story health club with racquetball, private training, clean sanitary locker rooms and showers, hot tubs, steam rooms, sauna, swimming pool access. The gym also offers a variety of group fitness classes that include yoga, pilates, piyo, zumba and much much more.
